 Poster: A snowHead
|
I have a feeling my bindings (Burton Mission large) are too large for my board (156). Boot size UK 10.
Can you please take a quick look a see what you think?
Thanks!

 Obviously A snowHead isn't a real person

Looks ok from here but can you take a couple of pics with your boost strapped in to your bindings.
A 156 and size 10 boots should be ok.
If you have particularly bulky boots that do happen to give you heel and / or toe drag you could fit a couple of riser plates underneath your bindings to give you a bit more room...less costly than buying a new
wide board...or cutting your toes off!!

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

Just wondering if a medium pair of bindings would be better.

Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

Binding won't matter - your boot will still overhang if it is now.

That looks similar to my setup, you have slightly more heel overhang. I’m riding a 156 and a 154 with a size 9 boot. I’m carving quite aggressively and don’t have a problem with toe or heel drag.

^ This. You'd have to be over incredibly aggressively to get drag of that binding.

Perfect. Thanks guys. Looks like I'll stick with my current setup then.
Just wondering is there any benefit to having a medium binding that isn't close to the edge of the board compared to a large?
Cheers
