Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Hi. I was wondering if anyone needs a body to make up the numbers for a trip to anywhere in France, Italy, Austria or anywhere other than Scotland (don't get me wrong, I still love skiing here). I've booked some more time off work for the second week of march (ie from sat 7th March 2020) and would like to try an "overseas" ski trip. I'm an experienced skier, but just as happy to cruise around taking it easy. Ideally, I'd like to do a 4 day trip but if a group need me to make up a week long trip, I could manage it. I have no idea about skiing outside of Scotland or New Zealand so am hoping Snowheads will take me under their Wing. I'd prefer to fly from Scotland, but can drive to airports in England if it means I get to ski. Keep me in mind as a last minute space filler, as I'll be off from 7th March anyway, either skiing at home or cleaning my garage.

Thanks for the replies. Bad news from New Zealand means I have to head there instead, so a ski holiday is a no-go for me. Snowing up the road next week, so hopefully I can get some skiing with the kids before I go.

Hi candyfield. As per my earlier post I have to head back to New Zealand for a while so can no longer have a ski trip. Hopefully I can still get some skiing here Scotland when I get back.
