Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

That really bright orange ski gear ??

Hi.
I seem to be noticing a lot of ultra bright luminous orange hats/pants/poles/gloves for the past couple of years.
Who knows of good brands that sell it.
I know Superdry sell some but I’m 46 so therefore forbidden to wear superdry !!
I’ve got orange schoffell pants but they’re nowhere near as bright as the gear I’ve been seeing.
I’ve seen some Rossignol bits on the piste but I’m not sure what the colour description would be whilst shopping online.
Thanks in advance. Very Happy

@oohaah73, Hi and welcome snowHead

Do you wear goggles? Some lens colours really enhance the brightness of orange gear, but when you take them off it's just normal orange. This might explain why you can't find the same colours in the shops. Though you could go shopping in your goggles wink

I saw very bright orange jackets today from Scott and Arcteryx. I think Norrona do some too. I wear pink tinted goggles so the tips of my skis have the same effect.

I've got bright orange Superdry pants and I'm 46!! I don't care about ageism.

Just google "orange ski trousers" and see what comes up!

I did google it but there’s certain brands that have that ultra bright orange and it’s hard to differentiate

I can see the difference in the types of orange with either my goggles or my bare eyes
