Yesterday I could have sworn that the BBC sport website said it was on the red button this morning and even gave the time it was on. When I looked this morning it had disappeared (or was never there of course  ) and there was only NFL on a loop.

He will be annoyed as he had done a good job in the steep and just got a bit ahead of the exit gate, meant he was foot bound and went down. Made 1 decent mistake but prob would have made podium. Good to see a charge though and he really does look sharp.

Meh. That was his for the taking. I still think he can’t handle the heat when he is in a good position .
His only chance of a win is coming down at 15 ish. On the second run and not caring wether he wins or not

Given how Dave Ryding has done well in parallel slaloms in the past - which seem to me be a bit more GS’y than slalom’y, anyone got an opinion on why he doesn’t do GS? I could see him doing well...

They all have slightly larger personal teams than just Dave and Tris.
I have seen him race FIS GS, there have always been faster GBR racers at it.

Out of interest, what's so different in terms of training? I've always thought GS required more power, but that's only a guess. Must be more to it than hitting the gym as he certainly has the technical skills.
