Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Going to Borovets Jan 2020. Group of 16 of us.
Does anyone have a recommendation on where to hold and how to organise a dinner? Am thinking Hog roast or similar...size of group is main issue...any venues out there that might accommodate? Thanks.

14 of us went on my stag do last March. Mamacita's (mexican) were able to accommodate all of us with no issues. Live band and great food.

We are there 18th-24th of Jan.

The restaurants weren't that busy in the evenings in January - except Mamacitas. They won't have a problem accommodating you I'm sure.

I was there a couple of years ago many restaurants are roasting whole lambs outside it seems to be there speciality however you might be surprised at the price I can’t remember what it was but it wasn’t cheap.

Thanks all. Was there last year (with 10 of the 16) and didn’t really notice too much outside BBQ, Mamacitas sounds like a good idea though since haven’t been there yet and I love live music of almost any type.

We’ll be there 14 to 19 Jan so hope I don’t bump into you, not literally anyway! Smile

You need to book Mamacitas, it's really popular. They give you Mexican hats - makes great photos!!
