Chapeau! I think my days of scaring the crap out of myselfvwith anything like that exposure are well and truly over.
Assume Logan knocked it on the head as not gnarly enough for him. Well won't be long anyway....

Not taking the pups up there! Apart from anything else, it would be grounds for immediate divorce!

I would never have had either the nerve or the technique for anything approaching that but chapeau.
Looks great and this time next week I will be looking at it and shaking my head again at what nutters do.

good stuff as usual!! Was that you "explaining" that it was a touch steep @BobinCH, ?
Also what have you done with your poles? Removed the standard grip and replaced it with foam from what I can see??

First video? Nope that was the old duffer we let go first. He’s pretty hardcore for a 57 year old. I was the one shuffling between the rocks and Tim was above heckling me to stop faffing around and get on with it... second video was my GoPro footage.
The pole is a Black Crow Furtis. The long padded grip is useful on steep traverses. Took off the straps as I don’t use them and they flap around in front of the GoPro

I think I am also officially too much of a wuss for that sort of thing (I’d probably side slip it to be fair ) but good to see you getting after it!

Excellent work that man
I would prefer it with more snow on it, but with the hadpack at least you can see the rocks.

And love to help out and answer questions and of course, read each other's snow reports.

Good work! Did you ski down via the dogs leg couloir?
I skied it twice in the same week 6 years ago (snowpack was deep that year). Would love to get the chance to do it again.

Yes, we took the direct route from the summit into the dogleg and then cut right into the top of the heart zone looking for some elusive fresh tracks...

@BobinCH, Thanks! We took the same route down, but exited the Heart Zone (didn't know it was called that!) to the bottom skiers right instead.
