Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Does anyone know when Easyjet release next winters flights? Tried contacting them but it would be easier to get an audience with the Pope! Toofy Grin

Why would the Holy Father know Easyjet's 06/07 timetable? Still, if that's the easiest way to get the info, go ahead.

I just booked BA flights for next year's Februaury half term!
Final destination the cheap-seats near Verbier

4 person family return to Geneva (1.5 hour drive) was £1478 total. Already! Almost a year in advance!
4 person family return to Basel (2.75 hour drive) booked for £480 total.
HolidayAutos booked the car for £200 too.
Sorted now for New Year and Easter next season....the joys(?) of school holidays that require specific dates.

At about £400/hour equivalent for driving I'd be a driver full time!

Last time we did the equivalent thing but in/out of Milan. The high mountain bit via the St Bernard Tunnel was a bit scary in a near blizzard so I will try the swiss autoroutes in the valleys this time.

rungsp, i sympathise with the tie in with school hols pushing prices up...

I've just booked a pre christmas w/e trip to geneva from gatwick on ba for £75 each. With no ski carriage charges prices like this often beat the no frills carriers and if (as happened to us this year going to Milan) ba has to cancel flights due to too much snow then at least they will rebook you on different dates without charging extra, with ryanair et al it's "sorry here's your 50 quid back if you want to change to following weekend that'll be an additional £300"..........

We DID book BA almost a year in advance fot THIS year's ski holiday - Manchester to Nice return. Good price at around £65 each. However, without notice OR (more importantly, notification- we found out purely by chance on checking the website to see how much the flights had risen!) BA cancelled the route six months later meaning we would need to travel in the very early hours from Manchester to Gatwick, Gatwick to Nice and return into Heathrow on to Manchester! FAR too much hassle with two children and only a week away. We took the option of cancelling and booked Easyjet from Liverpool (better for us anyway, but not available when we were looking initially) for less than £35 each return - and the flight times/check-in etc was flawless. I agree it can be a chance with a no-frills carrier, but look what happened with BA! wink
