Poster: A snowHead
|
Got a group of 11 heading to Les deux alps for a week, anyone have experience of a shop offering some discount on ski hire for a group at all?
Staying at Neilsons L’ors Blanc, so local preferred
Thanks

Obviously A snowHead isn't a real person

I know SkiSet rental shops give 10% off for 10 or more. I expect others may be similar.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

You can get 60% discount booking online with Alpinresorts.com, using the discount code ALPISKI or SNOWBALL.

lots of places give an additional 10% discount for group bookings.
apart from those mentioned above, also worth looking at snowbrainer, sport2000 & intersport.
If you can work out which shop you are looking to rent from, then see if you can find them & approach them directly for a deal.
Im sure they would rather rent direct then pay a commission to any of the above.

Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

@trebor-trix, try the Skimium website. They offer competitive prices, extra discount if 4 sets on same order, extra 5% if you have a Decathlon card, another 5% discount code for bookings made by 14 January.
Watch out for their initial price including rental boots as a default. Just untuck the box of boots not required.

Untick the box I mean and the discount code for bookings by Jan 14th is NEWYEAR19.

Thanks all, we’ve made contact with a local (to our accommodation) shop and established a discount.
Looking like €60+ for a decent pair of planks (€11 a day doesn’t sound too bad)
