I went up yesterday. Great conditions I have to say, there was supposed to be a wind chill of-26 however this didnt really happen until around 2pm, there was sunshine and good visibility before this. Liked skiing in the ptarmigan area which opened up at mid day, the car park zone was full of fodder so I tended to avvoid it, by the end of the day the runs were a bit chewed up at the bottom and a few rocks were showing. With snow forecast for the next few days, we are spoilt for choice. Was contemplating going on saturday but I may not bother as I think it will be totally rammed.

Pros;
the snow (just amazing; as good as any alpine resort I've been to),
off piste,
very friendly,
those pistes which were bashed by the end of the day
Cons;
for all the snow, most of it was unbashed,
the crowds,
whiteout up top for most of the day (what are you going to do?)
