Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Happy Sunday everyone! Being Sunday, I'm doing my weekly browse of the internet for flights, hotels and resort for this season - reality is, my core blocker is not having a group to go with!

Ideally I'm looking for a last minute group to go between Christmas and New years (last week of December / first week Jan). I've always travelled to Austria in the past, but I'm entirely open to ideas around destination.

A bit about myself... I'm a 30yr old male living in London, I've been on 6-7 trips, usually a week at a time and am probably at the upper end of the intermediate scale, but no stranger to an epic wipeout or sliding for 50-100m down a steep piste. In terms of apres ski, I'm happiest with a nice sit down meal, followed by pints of cider and listening to live music - think pubs not clubs.

If I don't manage to get a group for my preferred dates, I'll move to plan B and look for something else later in Jan or in Feb.

I might be in same boat. Trying to get some friends together for early Jan trip but no takers so far. Was thinking 3v 5th Jan the shifting to espace killy or paradiski for 2 days on the 12th. Nothing in concrete yet.

If you move dates to end of Jan then the Pre Birthday Bash is in Alleghe (or the Birthday Bash in Arraba the following week). I assume Admin still has some availability.
