How does this work, in terms of, do the projects get funding proportional to votes or do the top voted project(s) get some funding?

@NickyJ, from Aviva, “If your project gets enough votes and wows our judges, it will be in with a chance of getting those much-needed funds.” There is a sliding scale of funds that are allocated.
