Mungo, do you know which part of LP you will be based in? It's a load of widely scattered 'villages' - some not well connected after the lifts and pistes close. Some deader than doornails at night - others (mainly the purpose built bits) have some nite life but it's not known as a rocking sort of a spot. I'm sure you'll have a great time anyway. Routes - too many to list and dependant on snow conditions like any other resort. You could always go with the SCGB Rep for one day (if you are not a member) to find your way around part of the domaine.
