Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Hi Snowheads,

Can anyone recommend a cheap transfer company from Geneva Airport to Val Thoren, happy to share.

There’s quite a few that cost around £70-£80 for a return trip - I’ve done bens buses a few times without issue, but there are others obviously.

No transfers are particularly cheap...but Ben's Bus is usually the cheapest. Alpybus is also reasonable, as is Skilifts. Altibus is good but is most expensive. We've used all of these in recent years, without any problems - all as shared transfers.

Car hire often works out cheapest if there are 4 of you.

You might like to ask on the Tarentaise Transfers Notice Board FB Group page https://www.facebook.com/groups/850771538271311/ . You can sometimes pick up a good deal on shared transport. I also know people who have used www.blablacar.fr car share.
