Looks fabulous. I don't suppose the huts out there are like Alpine huts? ie staffed with food & drink available

That's a chipmunk!
The huts are not staffed, and you have to carry in all your food and drink.
They are equipped with a propane cooker, and a wood burning stove (with a big woodpile and a couple of axes outside).
Electric light in the evenings is supplied courtesy of solar panels and batteries.
