2017 Smith Vantage Helmet Split Open

My Son is currently working in Verbier. He took a brand new, this year model Smith Vantage helmet out with him. After one fairly innocuous bump in the park the poly lining cracked. Now after another the whole outer shell has cracked in two. He's sent me a video which I'm trying to upload.

Neither were massive bangs, it's a bit concerning that the shell has 'let go' so readily.

The annoying part being, a replacement lid in Verb is gonna be ££££s. Such is life, wink

Yeah, but It's keeping him in before delivery that's tricky and Swiss import duty is hefty.
