Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Ste Foy luxury recommendations please

Went to Ste Foy Feb half-term a few years ago, despite the small size had a great time on the slopes but accommodation (Les Fermes de Ste Foy, self-catering) a tad basic and uncomfortable (I know, I know call me "Princess and the Pea" all you like). We are a family of four (including two teenage boys who eat like lions). Anyone have knowledge of any more luxury options, hotel, self-catered or catered in Ste Foy that are not immediately obvious from a web search? Thanks in advance

http://www.smallwonders.eu/white-eden-st-foy-tarentaise/ The location is ideal. On the blue home run its ski in/out! With fantastic views. We stayed there in Jan 2016 and had a fabulous time. Excellent top quality professional chef (my 3 twenty something sons had more than enough to eat and were beaten by some of the meals!) hot tub surrounded by huge candles in lamps at night, sauna, and very willing, helpful staff. Underground parking, lift to all floors, heated boot warmers etc! The family rooms could be perfect for you. Just be aware that some of the rooms are accessed by going outside from the main areas.

It was a chalet hotel when we stayed there with no 'outsiders' but I believe they now offer lunches on the terrace to non-residents. I don`t suppose that makes much difference to the experience.

Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

Premiere Neige have some pretty amazing catered chalets in Ste Foy like La Marquise and The Peak.

We also stayed in Les Fermes this half-term --- but those chalets offer fully catered.

Another option I`ve just thought of especially if you are self drive (though there is a regular bus service to Ste Foy Station and Val D'Isere) is this place in the old Ste Foy http://www.le-monal.com/accomodation/apartments. We stayed there for a few days between last Xmas and New Year 2017 because we wanted easy access to Val D'Isere. I did cook dinner in the apartment one night but meals in the hotel part were lovely. There is a little shop just over the road and round the corner which does baguettes/croissants etc.
