Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

URGENT lift pass advice required

Extending stay in Oz en Oisans by a morning tomorrow. Want to ski alpe d'huez tomorrow morning only. 5 year old has season pass. Adult half day pass is 43 euros, child half day does not exist so 42 euros for an 8 yr old to do 3hrs skiing seems steep. Can ski Oz vaujany zone only for 27 and 22 euros respectively but these are not great in the morning and lifts tectonically slow and without child safety features.

In short, how can I get a cheaper alps d'huez ticket for half a day tomorrow?

It's too late now, but a Saturday day pass (for the whole area) is 30.90 euros if you book a few days in advance. If you're in the same position again, that'd be the best option. Not sure there's any way to save money at short notice.

If you have a car, could you ski somewhere else for the morning with a cheaper lift pass? Like Alpe du Grand Serre...
