Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Hi
Fancying a new outfit, and saw some nice gear in a ski boutique within the Kempinski Hotel last year .
Its quite pricey. Is it good?

The race stuff is very good and fairly priced compared to other race kit.

The non race stuff whilst pretty good is marketed to the fashion/bling market and priced accordingly. It's dearer than other top clothing brands like Arc'teryx and Norrona but does not match their performance.

I sell loads of their excellent ski bindings and race plates but their clothing side is a seperate business. I can get anyhing to order but it'd be at your risk as I couldn't exchange or refund etc. Plus everything is sized for slightly built Italians so you really need to try before you buy.

If you're in the UK then there are better/easier options.

I am in the UK, but the design did catch my eye more than any other ive seen.

Looks like some stock has filtered down to TK Maxx as they have quite a lot of women's jackets for sale with between 55%-75% off list price over the last couple of days.
