Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Beginners Lift Pass - La Rossiere

 Poster: A snowHead

To save another call to Evo 2 in La Rossiere does anyone know whether you need a lift pass for the full week or are the nursey lifts free as in some resorts Puzzled Our party has two child beginners booked with Evo 2 for a week of lessons.

Can't say for certain in La Rosière but often kids start on the free nursery slopes for a day or two in Les Arcs, then the ski schools take them on to easy slopes elsewhere in the main domain. It's the sort of question only Evo 2 can answer properly, and will depend to an extent on the children's ages and the speed they pick up the basics. Plenty of broad and easy blues for beginners around the La Ros ski area.

Captain Chaos, From experience they will start you on the free lifts and perhaps on the 2nd or 3rd day will tell you to purchase a LA Rosiere or full domain pass (depending on ability) for the rest of your stay. It worked really well for 2 child beginners that we went with. Dont worry it will all become apparent when you get there. WARNING: Be prepared for the kids (especially) to have a FANTASTIC TIME. We are there on 19th Feb again, and with Evo2 again Very Happy

Captain Chaos, the beginners lifts, Nasserein and Clarine are free, if your kids are less than 5 yrs old the lift pass for La Rosiere is free, there is a charge for the Espace San Bernardo domain, there is also a 4Euro deposit for a hands free pass. Lifts in the Jardin des Enfants are included in the cost of lessons, same is true at Les Galopins. You can find full details if lift pass costs by going to our website www.tracksvacations.com and following the link to La Rosiere, your find ski tariffs on the sub-menu of the La Rsoiere home page. Hope this helps.
