Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

No, only season tickets online. Presuming there some reason you can't purchase in person I would email them;

schmitten@schmitten.at

Thanks. I usually try and purchase online, saves queuing at the resort.

@cthulhu, The queues are minimal - 5 mins at the most

 Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

In lots of places in Austria now you can buy your lift pass from your hotel when you get there on the first evening, so no time wasted in the morning.

If you are in the town then it's a short stroll to the lifts get you pass the evening before, assuming you arrive in time. If not as said above I never saw much queue at the cash desks when I was there last year, and that was half term week.

We've got a private rental so no luck there unfortunately.

Nice, any chance you can remember what time the desks shut?

@cthulhu, Ticket Offices are open 08.15 - 16.30 daily. Tickets are also available from many of the ski hire shops.

We pre-ordered ours online from Intersport and collected in the hire shop with our skis (on the evening before the pass started)

It's a great resort btw, you should enjoy yourselves. We're heading back again this year. You must do lunch at least one day at the Pinzgauer Hutte, if only for the ride back up behind the snow mobile!
