Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

@never summer, ?

I thought I was agreeing with you Laughing

Most skiers wouldn't know what they were skiing on if they looked at their skis, never mind blindfolded.

Anyone know if anyone offers service training sessions down south? YouTube tutorials are ok to a point but you can't beat some hand-on tuition, but Spyderjohns place may as well be on the moon...

@Richard_Sideways, If you find anywhere, I'd be interested in this too.

@Richard_Sideways, I went to the moon and back from Hampshire a couple of weekends ago - it was a fantastic afternoon with Spyderjon. Admittedly the hours on all the motorways were a bit of a drag, especially in the roadworks, but it was still definitely worthwhile.

@Richard_Sideways, whilst I can highly recommend @spyderjon's course I believe Ski Bartlett in Hillingdon do one too (no idea how good it is though).

@Tubaski, Thanks, just checked their site and they do indeed run a course. I'm sure there are countless recommendations for Jon, but I'm time poor so a trip to Notts sadly isn't on the cards.

I've used Ski Bartlett for purchases but never servicing. Does anyone have any experience of their training?

Ok, I contacted Bartletts. They do run service courses, but only in their 'off' season, and so they'll be too busy to run anything until next summer. Kudos to Robbie @ Bartlett for getting back to me really quickly though, and they are offering ski servicing for customers just off the A40, which was the OPs original question.
