Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Season accomodation-Andorra, what's included?

 Poster: A snowHead

Hi

We are planning to spend approximately 10-12 weeks in Andorra this coming season, we are currently awaiting information from a couple of letting agents, but don't know what is usually included in the rent, is electricity etc extra. We are trying to plan how much money to budget.

Does anyone have any experience of season let's in Andorra, is there anything else we need to budget for?

Any advice would be welcome.

Thanks

@Jja, generally utility bills aren't included in the rent of long term bookings.

It is fairer to both you and the owner if the charges are based on your actual usage.

Where the utilities are included in the rent the owner will have estimated what they will come to and then add them to the income they want from the rent.

They will always over estimate to protect themselves and therefore over charge you, but that's the "cost" for them taking the "risk" on what you actually use!

If you budget for €50/100 per month per bedroom then you should be well covered and not get a nasty shock!!
