Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

I have had a few Aspen burgers and they are pretty bloody good.

Not had a Loop burger, so the question is, which is the best?

@philwig, quite possibly (whatever that is) but the debate is between Loop and Aspen Which do you think best?

Edit. Looked it up...the burger on their website looks a right mess....and brioche does not go with burgers; it's too sweet. Maybe it tastes better than it looks

Wherever/whenever I've had one in France they've always come raw in the middle - despite asking for them to be cooked through.

Yuk - I've given up on them and their E-coli risk: 'One of the main causes of E-coli is undercooked burgers'....

@mountainaddict, I yearn for undercooked burgers! I am so fed up of getting burgers in the UK that are dry and tasteless because we are not allowed to undercook them.

The USA also serves them undercooked if you want them like that, and they are soooo much nicer.

As long as they use good meat I have no concerns over e coli. And decent places use decent meat!

They are both good! Depends which slope I am feeling hungry at the bottom of! Loop a couple of euros more but don't forget to ask for your Loop Card (tell them you live there) as you get a discount and 'cashback'.
