Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Resort suggestions please

Looking for suggestions on a resort. We've skied in Arinsal for a few years, I'm looking for something a bit more challenging for myself but still easy enough for herself, she's comfortable taking her time on reds but can get nervous if the pace pics up.

Looking for somewhere we can have a drink or two in the evening and a good feed, but not too wild that we're going to be kept up all night with a banging nightclub across the road.

We usually Ski in march but may have to go in Jan this season as our dog minder is emigrating.

You could try Les Arcs 1800...the Golf Hotel is perfectly fine, well positioned and is reasonably priced on certain dates in Jan (with 100 Euros each hotel credit + 100GBP off per booking, with Crystal). It is also linked with La Plagne.

@Weathercam, clearly your dogs like to go large when it comes to skis - they must be real powder hounds!

Saalbach-Hintertglemm, Mayrhofen, Ischgl, Tignes-Val d'Isere, La Plagne/Les Arcs, Courcheval. If you picked Ischgl or Val your wife would probably want to download at the end of each day but there's so much good skiing it's not a problem.

+1 for the golf hotel (though i booked direct) word of warning though it has a double helix staircase so best to take it easy on the pop or you'll spend hours trying to find your room. Very Happy
