I notice my card has expired 21st May 2016
I've done the check using the QR code
It comes up:
"Dr Lawn is registered to snowheads but has No active subscription"
I thought it was all done by direct debit ... but perhaps I'm wrong?
I've had a look at my account and the last subs were taken 20th May 2015
Perhaps my card expired or something, Help I want to get on board again.

@DrLawn, I've looked into this.
It was much more complicated than it seemed initially.
You do have a recurring annual subscription, paid automatically by PayPal.
And it was indeed paid as it should have been.
However paypal, as a system is supposed to notify snowHeads' Hamsters that the payment has been received. It hadn't done so in this case.
I reported the fault to PayPal who, eventually replied simply that some of their servers had been down at that time so no notifications had been sent out.
Personally, I think it's a bit lame that they didn't sort out the effects of their problems or at least inform those affected but PayPal don't exactly trade on the back of a reputation for customer care.
I've updated your status so you are now a fully-fledged super-snowHead as you rightly should be.
@henzerani, you are on an annually recurring sub (in December) - in theory it should indeed be all as you assumed, PayPal willing!

@admin, I had just checked. Is PayPal the best way to pay? Do they charge snowHeads for transactions? Perhaps we should have our own credit card.
