Obviously A snowHead isn't a real person

@Gaza, we had it on Facebook. Jonathan Bell didn't think it was viable IIRC

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

If I recall correctly they have had some success with animals using this method and I would certainly have signed up for a clinical trial if it had been available. A long way to go to establish relative success rates and the first few are unlikely to be the best, but surely the worst that can happen is you have to have a graft?
Not sure about the video though javascript:emoticon('')

@22 dropout, I think the worst that can happen is you have significant other damaged caused due to instability and falling. (from personal experience after unknowingly damaging my ACL repair which left it unstable and then collapsed when I sprinted on it causing a lot more damage)

@22 dropout, don't get me wrong, I am really hoping all the research going on proves to work. Especially as when the consultant who operated after that incident told me if I do anything else to it I will need a complete knee replacement and I am far too young have one.
So I really am hoping for some great breakthroughs between now and when I "do something else to it". Meantime I have had to give up hockey, thankfully I can still ski, cycle, ride horses and I am find jogging just very careful on uneven ground as I know the half and ACL I have left isn't fully stable. I keep up regular exercise to build / maintain the muscles to help keep it as stable as I can.

I found jonathon bells response to the facebook post
"The claims made are unbelievable . And unlikely to be true. I doubt very much it could allow faster rehab and I saw unsubstantiated claims about arthritis. Expensive video."
