Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Easier from which point of view? Gentler slopes or less walking/poling?

I can't remember which colour is which, but one way round is steeper and the other is flatter.

The green route is the easiest the Orange one is the one described as 'more sporting' as its higher & has a black run in it.

Easier as in less aggressive skiing , as taking the family around tomorrow 14/12/9, and want it to be fun and easy for them

Easier is clockwise, harder anticlockwise.

There are tricky bits both ways, depending on the time of day and how cut-up it is. In either case, there is nothing much to trouble a reasonably competent skier. The long red down Dantercepies goes on a bit. There is a bit between Corvara and Arabba that is quite steep the reps call the lemming run. I find the "wacky races" bit down from Belvedere to Lupo Bianco narrow and crowded, but I think you will cope with the circuit which ever way. Personally, I hate flats more than steeps, so would avoid the "City of Stones" bit, but whichever way you go, i think, and hope, you will have a great day out.

In the end we did the clockwise orange route.
It was a bluebird day , and conditions were perfect.
Enjoyed all of it but got slightly lost in Selva , which was fortunate as we ended up and at the FIS men's downhill run which I wanted to do anyway.
The kids managed the whole trip well, but it did take 6 hours with lots of photo stops , one detour and a fairly lengthy lunch.

Dantercepies is quite easy I recall. Although it's a bit harder, the orange is better as the green has a long bit where all you do is sit on lifts.
