Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

johnboy, Yes, for one year only. It is quite cheap, and I did not reinsure, when they told me that for each day I went off piste I would need a letter from the Lift Company Office stating that it was safe to do so. Utter nonsense and unworkable. I believe that they have stopped this practice now, but there may be other similar idiot clauses. Take care.

Same as Elizabeth B... and as mentioned on other threads - you only find out how good the cover is when you claim.

What an industry - you only find out the quality of your product after somethings gone wrong!

I've used them for a number of years, now. Their annual multi trip includes 17 days of winter sports cover as well.

I will have done the annual one - basic one seemed to cover winter sports adequately...

Basically, you get up to double the cover, in financial terms, if you upgrade. The basic has always seemed to cover everything adequately.

Is £3,000,000 OK or do you need £10,000,000 med cover.

What about off piste???

Used them and claimed for Mrs H's ruptured ACL treatment. Very good service - extra seats on plane on way home and claim settled very quickly. However, I would double check the off piste bit if your planning such a reckless activity wink
