Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Are internet ski forums more boring? Is lack of snow to blame?

With much of the Alps starved of snow at teh start of 2015-2016 season, thousands of armchair skiers have nothing of note to talk about so have taken to posting inane ramblings on internet forums.

Reports from a reliable source was quoted as saying that the profileration of meaningless tosh was getting so bad that, unless a major dump of snow arrives in the next two weeks, certain forums would be shut down under EU anti bulls**t directives.

Another insider was heard saying 'Things have got so bad that the number of young males claiming to have skied off bounds from Valluga in St Anton, whilst blindfolded and having drunk ten pints has yet to reach double figures. With such a shortage of proper bullsh*t people are having to resort to man made stuff about all sorts of rubbish.

A spokesman for European ski helmet association commented 'If this keeps up for much longer we're going to break all records for repeated debates about whether or not helmets help your head splitting when hitting it with something hard.

Meanwhile in France, it is reported that, despite an agreement being reached between all G7 nations last year, it is likey that this could be broken under the pressure and internet forums could son start filling up with boll**cks about the Eurotest and how unfair it is, yet again.

Forum moderators have called a COBRA meeting to make provision for no major snowfalls in teh next two weeks and further avalanches of total drivvle raining down on ski forums across the globe...........

None of which will be a problem, as we have you around to ensure we are all kept fully up to date with the latest entirely factual and non-hysterical data.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

I have to visit the forum more often, because looking at snowforecast.com/bergfex/webcams and resort specific data just plays havoc with my blood pressure...
