Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Innsbruck hotel recommendations

I'm always banging on about the joys of an Innsbruck ski weekend, and I always stay in the same place (Weisse Kreuze).
It's a great place, brilliant location, and super cheap (40 Euros for single room).
Sadly, it's fully booked for when I'm out there in Jan.
Wondered if anyone could recommend any other budget hotels fairly close to the centre?
Thanks.

Not stayed there but there is an IBIS hotel right next to the train station. I usually stay in the HIlton but it may be out of your price range

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

@Neil Neige, sorry, I don't really know much about hotels and quality/price so can't help too much. What are your dates? There's a load on booking.com, but hard to find prices without knowing your dates. Let me know where you're looking at and I'll help with location if possible.

We always stay at the Hilton. If you booked now for 2017 you may get it at £100 per night for a double room.

@Neil Neige, Apart from the Ibis Hotel by the station which has been previously mentioned, I have also stayed a few years ago at the Binders Hotel which is a budget hotel with modern decor rooms. As an example Laterooms are showing a single room for 7 nights from Sat 9th January at 342.95 Euros prepaid, breakfast extra, plus 7 Euros visitor tax. However the Binders Hotel website says that if you book directly on their website you'll save 5% compared to any other internet sites. Smile

Hi, thanks for the recommendations. Much appreciated.
It looks like the Weisses Kreuze can fit most of our group now but we may need an extra room elsewhere.

If you flying in then Penz west right at the airport, very nice with great breakfast but a bit out of town if you don't have a car
