Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Magic, as DJL says, are best for shared. But, chances are there might not be any other buses on the road and you may well have to book a private bus, even with Magic. But they're still the cheapest. It does say on their website that shared buses run up til 6pm, guess after that you've gotta book a private bus

Looks like costs hike after 1800hrs; 125euros for 'priority shared' transfer to Chatel; 42euros 'shared' return. Don't fly late ; land before 1800hrs or else transfers are expensive.

When I last used them priority shared just meant guaranteed first drop off in Chatel. If they offer Priority shared rather than Private can't you opt for a "normal" shared.

Have you called them? I've always found them very helpful.

We've just come back from Chatel and took the route of catching a train from Geneva airport to Aigle (every 30 minutes towards Brig during the day, not sure about night schedule, and station at the end of the airport arrivals concourse), then having Mr Joel Rubin (Chatel taxi company authorised to operate in Switzerland) collect us from there. Half an hour transfer to the village once we were off the train. Might be worth thinking about as an alternative.

I have just booked a solo weekend to Chatel. Struggling to find affordable 'shared' transfer as my flight lands at 20:00 on Friday 18th - it's is too late for the Magic Transfers shared service that has a cutoff of 18:00. @sueb, do you recall I much a taxi cost from Aigle?

Are there any other transfer recommendations?
