Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Flaine ski school lessons

Poster: A snowHead
We've been to Flaine before and used ESI for group lessons without trouble.

However, we're going again and they are only offering afternoon group lessons for our children.

ESF seem to be doing a bizarre arrangement with alternating mornings and afternoons which seems to be the worst of both worlds!

Is this a new thing for Flaine specifically?

@larkim, how odd, alternating mornings and afternoons!

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

Les Carroz ESF does morning or afternoon (as does ESI I think)

Why do you have to go to Flaine? try les carroz instead

We've used ZigZag from Samoens for the last two years and they've been excellent. Not sure if they cover Flaine though, but it may be worth a look.

Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

We're booked staying in flaine, so no point in looking at les carroz or samoens. Glad its not just me thinking it's odd!

They sometimes do this at busy times - it depends on the age & ability of the children booking
Beginners and younger kids in the morning - older & advanced in the afternoon - it spreads the workload between the local instructors
Or if numbers are really large they bring in other instructors and everything changes - your afternoon lesson gets switched to the morning
Make a request to Virginie direct by e-mail asking for the mornings & you are a returning customer - they tend to be more flexible with regular clients
