Having just recovered my equilibrium after the drama of the Snow and Rock security tag, I'm now struggling to sleep at night over the saga of the lost passport, not to mention the drama of the skis lost by the shop.
Can we please, please, please have happy endings soon so I can rest easy. (I'm not taking the mickey or sending anyone up here, I dread this sort of thing happening to me!)

FAQ
here's some good news. Yesterday a friend was on her way to an oncologist following her daughters surgery to remove ovarian cysts. Imagine getting that phonecall the day before 
however, the news was as good as it could have been in that it was just Stage 1 and the daughter just needs monitoring for now
