I'm looking to rent a 2 person apartment in Bourg St Maurice for the winter season. I've been looking online but it seems to be weekly rentals. Does anyone know where to start my hunt?

Or even just drop the weekly renters a line and see if they're interested in something longer term. It worked for us a few years ago - ended up with a choice of a couple of dozen from which to choose.

@CCMB, what Annie said, many weekly renters will give substantial discounts for long term contracts, provided they are happy you will look after the place, also you might get a deal on a season that excludes Xmas and New Year, or the half term weeks.
