We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Leg hurts from landing spins

It started when i was boing simple 360's, when I landed, I did nothing different than before and I get a searing pain right in the middle of my left calf (between fibula and tibia), it almost feels like its broken but i can walk on it. I cant afford expensive Freestyle ski gear so im using Rossignol Sensor comp boots and Salomon X-Wing fury skis, is it my boots not being forgivine enough?

I suspect it is your landing as above. Why dont you get someone to film you and see if there is something consistently not quite right.

I confess not to having ever managed to complete ( intentionally)a 360 but the consistency of you symptoms suggest overload

I think these injuries are some of the most common injuries you can get from heavy gym sessions and all sorts of sports, skiing included. I remember when I jumped into crossfit for the first time. I abruptly joined a group of people who introduced crossfit stockholm area, and without any warm up whatsoever, I jumped straight into the exercise, and ripped my tendons on my first day. It happens, it hurts, and I hope you get in top shape soon.
