Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

I received an email today asking me to rate the pre-holiday contact that I've had with my reps. I selected the 'have not been contacted' option and hit the submit button. About an hour later I had an email from the reps stating that they had been trying to contact me by phone in the week. Do these people not know that smart phones keep a log of all incoming calls? If they couldn't be bothered to contact me then fair enough but lying about it really gets my goat...

The constant badgering for "feedback" on the most trivial encounters is becoming more and more annoying. To be asked for feedback before you've even been on the damned holiday is just ridiculous.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

On one holiday a rep kept leaving a note at the hotel that she'd dropped by that morning and I wasn't there. Of course I wasn't I was skiing Shocked Never did see her and didn't miss out at all.

Every time we go it is like that in Whistler - they do leave a phone number though if you did want to speak to them.

Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

I know, it's getting ridiculous. My garage phones me and emails me after each service to check if I was satisfied, and would I like to fill in a survey, no matter how many times I tell them not to. The car gets serviced 3 times a year, this gets quite annoying!
