Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better!
Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Has anyone else had problems booking single parent family holidays via the Inghams website?
In my case, it is myself and my 2 children, but when I search, all the hotels and chalet hotels on their website show no availability, even though on closer inspection many of them do have triple rooms available.
I've never had this problem booking for 3 pax with other tour operators.
Inghams told me over 2 years ago they were aware of a problem, but nothing has been done to fix it.
Really frustrating...!

try selecting 2 adults and 1 child. They tend to price holidays on the basis of two full fare paying adults, plus children.
Its always been a pain in the backside to me too..

Give them a call, they're quite helpful. If they're offering a web discount just say you tried booking through the website and they should offer the discount.

If you know where you want to go book why not book direct via Bookings.com or direct with hotel and arrange your own flights/transfers? Dont know where you are wanting to go but many places I've stayed in Austria have sofa beds in the rooms and double beds well big enough for an adult and 2 kids, some also let kids below 6 go free...

I had to phone as "1 adult 1 child(14)" so paying full price not available, "2 adults "same holiday OK!
