Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Upgrade La Plagne to Paradiski pass

Trying to be organised, I had our family passes delivered to home, we go out this weekend. We are a mixed ability family, and I wasn't sure we would get to Les Arcs. I now see the price difference for the full Paradiski area is not much more than 100 EUR all in, some friends we are going with will be doing both, and I wished I had gone for it.

It is possible and straightforward to upgrade? I can find nothing on the website, nor anyone else asking!

@amjbrown, I ran a chalet in La Plagne a couple of years and and one of my jobs was pre-booking lift passes for guests. I generally found them pretty helpful in the lift pass offices. I reckon if you go down there and ask nicely there's a good chance they'll change them. Make sure you do it before you use them though - when we pre-bought passes for guests, and they stressed their ability to make changes were limited once they'd been swiped.

Yes we did that from Les Arcs in Jan and it was 35 euros- you get issued an extra lift pass for the day to cover the area not on your local pass.

As we realised too late it's better value to get the Discovery pass giving you one day in the other ski area
