I used parcel2go to send a pair of skis up to Scotland and they were fine, can't remember exactly who the carrier was though but I know it wouldn't have been Parcel Farce.

Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

Parcels2go use most of the major carriers just check out all the listed options and pick the best one for your needs ie speed, insurance etc.

Try Paisley Freight http://www.paisleyfreight.com/services.php
£15.99 for next day delivery of a pair of skis. I've posted a pair today that I eBayed on Sunday - will hopefully be able to tell you tomorrow if they're OK or not.

Wife used some aggregator to send skis to Scotland a week or so ago. She ended up paying ~£15 for a UPS 24hr door-to-door delivery. Unfortunately I can't recall which aggregator she used...

I paid a fortune to send a pair to the outer feckin hebridies. The restrictions for package size was a pain. Who lives in these places anyway?

snowHeads are a friendly bunch.

Paisley freight took two days to deliver my skis instead of the one day service they advertise. The tracking number never worked at all. But delivering skis in two days for £15.99 ain't bad, so I'd use them again.

And love to help out and answer questions and of course, read each other's snow reports.
