When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Is there anyone who can help me find a suitable ski boot with a high instep and last to suit 116. I am a downhill skier who is in desperate need of new boots, previously had salomon cs mission boots but new model is very uncomfortable. Have tried Atomic, Head, Nordica, Technical but technology/upgrades do not offer a suitable fit. Have used foot beds which help with the compression after securing straps.

Any ideas please ??

Not going to happen without a bootfitter imo - you'll need a stretch I would think. Where are you and people can recommend bootfitters....

Friend of mine just bought Atomic waymaker, we've been away for week in Cervinia and he says no pain or being uncomfortable all week both on and off piste, they do look wide at toe £295 in Southampton
