Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Ulmerhutte is lovely...as is the Panarama on Rendl, basic enough but you won't get mugged.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

Gee, thanks! Toofy Grin

More seriously.... The food at lunchtime at Mooserwirt is pretty darn good. Stuben has a number of good, reasonably priced restaurants in the town. The place behind the church there is one of my favourites. If you get over to Warth, you will find a lot of places with good food... at much cheaper rates than the rest of the Arlberg.

Caveat... Lunch is not a big deal for us. A short rest and something light to eat, and we are on our way.

For a wonderful large sunny terrace & waiter service, the Hospiz Alm in St Christoph is fantastic. Dinner is all fine dining but when we were there 3 years ago they did a reasonably priced lunchtime terrace menu with things like spaghetti bolognese, tiroler grostl & spatzle. If you've got room after they do a great kaiserschmarrn which frankly can feed the table!! A trip to the loos is also made memorable as there's a barrel run to slide down to avoid the slippy stairs in ski boots issue!
Another good place if you like waiter service is the Rodel Alm above Nasserein. Another nice terrace.
