Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Hello, first post bear with me.
OK so I've had this problem with foot pain that started last year. I was trying to learn how to snowboard but my feet were in such pain that I could almost not breath. It started on the bottom of my foot as the pain slowley climbed up my leg. "Must just be snowboard boots right??" Nope! I switched back to skis the same day (grew up skiing so I knew what i was doing) and I still had the pain. Only when I went a few sizes up did the pain cease. At this point my foot was really loose in the boot. So this year I decided to pick up my very own boots, had someone help me pick a boot out, to little surprise I got the pain give minutes after.

I've looked at other posts and could not find anything exactly like this. Some people mentioned getting custum boots but i am only 17 and still growing, nor do I have the money for it.

Please help your our only hope - princess laya

Might be worth seeing a specialist for medical foot problems, you can do a self referral at your docs for a physio appointment.

Or my guess would be that you need a custom footbed in the boots, perhaps you have a high arch that is not being supported, perhaps you are clenching your toes and setting off a muscular spasm... it may be many things. Hope you manage to get it sorted.
