Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Not heard anything but how does that impact those people that bought apartments on the sale & leaseback scheme?

They are busy preparing to renew leases in les carroz for les fermes du soleil, as long as they get 75% owners renew they will carry on, so that is another 9 years...............

That is their premium brand, it may be that they want out of maeva etc, the lower level stuff?

@janner, I don't think they're pulling out of mountain holidays at all. They might be reducing their exposure to La Plagne (which sounds wise, given the interview).

But they've just (re?) launched a premium complex in Avoriaz.

I have a leaseback apartment in Residence de la Foret in Flaine where the leases end in April 15. P&V have given notice to terminate the current lease and are going to make another 9 year lease offer after Christmas which includes refurbishment. Signals are it's going to be less rent than currently offered so may be rejected as they need 75% of owners to accept and it may be better for some owners to not pay for refurbishment and to rent out the apartment themselves.
