Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better!
Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

What a top quality firm!
6 of us where due to go to saalbach a week on Saturday, we had an email yesterday letting us know that there is no snow and the likelyhood of the resort opening on the 14th was slim to none! They asked the question and we snapped there hand off! They are now sending us to montgenevre additional costs covered by them as there is already a good base down with more snow to come!
Great ski company who we have used many times in the past and will use many times again in the future both Richards who own the firm always go above and beyond!!

Glad to see a few of these stories recently, nice to know the tour ops do put some thought into this...encourages me to risk an early booking in future (which I'm sure is what they are desperate to ensure!)

We have used them often and will continue to do so. Thought I would give them a shout out for going above and beyond, a lot of big firms would have let us go snow or no snow like it or lump it.
It's good to have guys and companies who still care and show it!
