Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

Is the glacier easily accessible for skiing? I thought it was only reached by heliskiing.

@Brandy, Shirley Red Braces?
You will need some serious skills to hit the Ruitor Glacier from La Roz
@rustybus, check the stats for La Roz, it's not the most ideal of places for a border if you head over to Italy the trip back can be a loooooong and lonely walk.
That's not to say it's not a great wee resort. It can have an inordinate amount of snow as it is a focal point for atmosphere rolling east up the valley and is therefore subject to some epic dumps . . . but when that happens, that's where you stay, in a quite small local area without access to the rest of the ski area (the Italian side of the pass).
For all that I shouldn't I do like La Roz . . . and everyone should go . . . at least once.

Hey @Brandy! Just wondering if there's still space available? I'm a 31yo female intermediate skiier, fine on mostly reds and okay on easier blacks.

Btw I will have to leave a day earlier on the 23rd. I'm still okay with the £600, though.
