As of a couple of weeks ago, I am having to login frequently and the "Remember Me" checkbox no longer holds a checked value. Is anybody else finding this?

tbf, while there are several threads that cover the password forgetfulness and reasons, there is only one thread in the techie questions sub-forum with a thread title that hints at needing to log in all the time. at least 2 must have been in the Piste (where it'll drop off the first page in no time), and at least one under a different thread title.
