If she's not available maybe Alex from European ski school. She was lovely and even though I didn't have lessons with her, spent a long time going over the piste map with me for routes I could do.

Agree with the comments above re Charlotte and Alex, have experience of both. if you can't get booked in with either:-
ESS have 2 or 3 other English instructors and their Italian ones speak very good English (ie Vivi)
Evolution 2 have Italians with very good English too (ie Matti)
BASS are now in L2A with Rod Frazer who I believe is very good.

My girls (were 4 & 7 at the time) absolutely loved there instructors with Evolution 2 and still sing the songs they taught them (which weren't entirely age appropiate... However may be I am a bit of a prude  )
