Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Chatel Family Ski Pass

 Poster: A snowHead

Does anyone know what the regs are for a family pass in Chatel? The wording is pretty ambiguous:

"Family "Gang" prices apply when purchasing at least 4 ski passes at the same time, including one Children's or Youth pass of the same duration and same period of validity! Extented family or step-parent family (parents/children, grandparents/grandchildren, etc.)".

It's really two families together with my missus and I as the link (i.e. me, my mum, dad, brother+gf then my missus, her sister, other sister+husband and kids). If I can legitmately get all the tickets together as one extended family it'd save quite a bit but equally, getting stung on having to buy a set of new ones would land me in a lot of hot water!

Thanks in advance (hopefully).

If you're purchasing all the ski passes together at the same time - you'll be fine to get Family passes for all of you. You are family and you will not be the only ones buying family passes for a group this size.

However to get the PDS family pass you'll need to have at least 2 kids which fit in to the Youth or child category as opposed to just 1 kid Youth or younger for the Chatel family pass

If you're unsure and don't want to risk it, the pop in to the pass office in the town on arrival day and quiz them, they're (normally) very helpful but if you have lots of questions make sure you leave enough time before the office closes for lunch... they don't like being late for lunch

hope this helps Smile

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

Cheers, that all sounds pretty promising!
