Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better!
Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Without starting debates about half-term, we are being forced to book half-term next year
and have been looking at the MGM apartments in Peisey. We skied in Peisey about 10 years ago but it's all a bit of a blur (had recently given birth is my excuse). Can anyone recommend a ski school for 2 kids who are confident skiers (aged 9 and 11)? Anyone stayed in the apartments? We stayed in a Ski Beat chalet last time.

Another vote for New Gen but if going for lessons - book now! They always book up quickly for kids lessons.
To be fair, our kids have been with ESF last few years and ahve been impressed by those as well
Not stayed in Apartments but they look very nice and in a nice location - for us too expensive though

We stayed at the MGM - Oree des Cimes apartments in the first week of february of this winter season. It was a very good experience

I do want to mention that there are 2 MGM residences in Vallandry. The other one (so the one we didn't stay at) is MGM - Oree des Neiges. It was built more recently but it does not have a pool. I'm not sure, which one you're referring too but both should be good
