Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

POC Cornea Flow MTB Goggs. OK for Skiing???

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead
Bought m'self a pair of Cornea Flows with persimmon/red mirrored lense.

Then realised that the 'Flow' is the mountain bike variant.

My question being, is there a difference optically between the Cornea (snow) and the Cornea Flow (MTB)? Is the flow suitable for snow use or should I send them back? Confused

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

I would have thought they'd be fine. Check the POC website for their lens tints, and if the persimmon/red mirrored lenses is available on snow goggles too, then I don't see why you wouldn't be able to use them on the mountain.

My friend uses his Oakley Motocross goggles for skiing and doesn't have any problems whatsoever.

IMO given that loads of folks wear standard pairs of sunnies on the mountain designed for lounging by the pool in Malaga, and a few even wear nothing Shocked I shouldn't think it will make any difference whatsoever. If they are rated for UVA/B protection and the darkness meets with your personal preference I can't see why they won't do.

Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

Try the fit, MTB helmets are a different shape than ski helmets.

Just a thought.
